These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Interweave software-as-a-service platform ("Interweave" or the "Service") provided by Interweave ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using Interweave, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Interweave, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, please do not use Interweave.

2. Use of Interweave

2.1 Account Creation

To access Interweave, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

2.2 Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Interweave solely for your internal business purposes. You may not use Interweave in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations or infringes upon the rights of others.

2.3 Restrictions

You agree not to: (a) Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Interweave; (b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Interweave; (c) Use Interweave to store or transmit any infringing, harmful, or unlawful material; (d) Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of Interweave or its associated systems; (e) Use any automated means, including bots or scrapers, to access or interact with Interweave; (f) Use Interweave for any purpose other than its intended use as described in these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Interweave and all related content, including but not limited to software, logos, trademarks, and documentation, are the property of the Company or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Interweave platform during the term of these Terms. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

4. Fees and Payment

Access to Interweave may be subject to payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner. Failure to pay fees may result in the suspension or termination of your access to Interweave.

5. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Interweave is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with interweave or these terms, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or business interruption, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Interweave at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to access and use Interweave will cease immediately.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website. Your continued use of Interweave after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States of America.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding Interweave and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
